Case Study
Bloomery Patisserie
Digital Presence
Overview
Bloomery Patisserie grew from a single niche patisserie into a multi-concept brand spanning Patisserie, Atelier, Joy-Mart, and event offerings. As their footprint expanded across third-party delivery platforms, their digital presence hadn't kept pace — customers experienced Bloomery Patisserie as a scattered set of ordering links rather than one brand. We partnered with Bloomery Patisserie to architect and design an end-to-end web presence that unifies their identity and drives conversions across every concept line.
Challenges
New visitors couldn't easily discover Bloomery Patisserie's full catalog across its four concept lines, and returning customers had no single home to check for new launches. They were routed instead through a patchwork of WhatsApp links and delivery-platform pages. The brand's digital footprint no longer matched the maturity of the physical business, and any redesign had to unify four distinct product lines under one architecture without diluting what made each one distinct.
Solution Approach
We began with a comparative analysis of global benchmark bakery and patisserie brands, evaluating high-converting navigation patterns, editorial storytelling, and end-to-end user journeys. Rather than rebuild Bloomery Patisserie's visual identity from scratch, we adapted their existing design system, putting our effort into information architecture and technical execution instead of a redundant visual overhaul.
We structured a progressive-disclosure flow that guides visitors from high-level brand discovery down into individual concept lines and item-level detail, so someone landing on the homepage can navigate naturally into Patisserie, Atelier, or Joy-Mart without needing prior familiarity with the brand. For conversion, we built direct pathways from product pages into WhatsApp ordering and third-party marketplace links, prioritizing immediate business impact over a fully custom checkout given the project's scope. Throughout, we worked closely with the engineering team to keep every component within custom-code feasibility and performance constraints.
Result
The site is now live. We delivered a production-ready design system covering the core touchpoints of the new experience: a dynamic video-led hero, brand storytelling pages, a unified product catalog across all concept lines, individual product detail pages, a blog/news hub, and a store-locator flow. Bloomery Patisserie now has a single digital home that reflects the scale of the physical brand and gives every concept line a clear, discoverable place within it.
